Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

How to Make It

Ingredients

For the wings

  • chicken wings 500 G
  • Cooking oil 1 TBSP
  • Soonicorn Garlic powder ½ TSP
  • Ground black pepper ¼ TSP

For the sauce

  • Soonicorn Sriracha Chili Sauce 30 G
  • Honey 25 g
  • Unsalted butter 10 G
  • Lime juice 1 TSP

Directions

  1. Prepare the wings

Reheat the oven to 425°F / 220°C. Pat the wings thoroughly dry, then toss with oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  2. Bake

Arrange on an oven-safe wire rack over a lined baking sheet. Bake for approximately 40–50 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through. The thickest part should reach 165°F / 74°C, measured away from the bone.

  3. Make the sauce

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the Soonicorn Sriracha Chili Sauce and honey. Heat gently for 1–2 minutes, stirring until combined. Remove from the heat and stir in the lime juice.

  4. Toss and serve

Place the hot wings in a large bowl, pour over the warm sauce, and toss until evenly coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired, and serve immediately.
